Brilliant framing around the Red Flag Act analogy. The containerization comparison really nails why most agent projects stall, organizations keep treating execution boundries like feature requests instead of operating constraints. Last year we kept hitting this exact wall trying to scale RPA, turns out the real blocker wasnt model capability but the lack of standard work units and accountability chains. Once you recongnize autonomy as delegated governance instead of fancy automation, the whole design question shifts.
